I am delighted to have this weeks guest join me as I've been admiring her work around the menopause for the last few years. Meg Mathews has gone from Brit Pop icon with a prolific career at the heart of the 80's and 90's music scene , to interior designer and she has now found her passion in helping other women through her MegsMenopause platform. Megs open and honest approach to the menopause is not only refreshing but incredibly uplifting. She shares her own experience of the menopause which so many women can relate to and through creating the MegsMenopause platform she is helping so many other women through what can be a very turbulent time in life. I could have talked to Meg for hours and I look forward to seeing how her passion will continue to help create the change in policies and attitudes that is much needed.
