I met this week’s guest at an Enterprise Collective event, last year, whilst standing in a book signing queue for Vicky Psarias, aka the Honest Mum. After years of avoiding any kind of networking events for the fear of no one talking to you and imposter syndrome I now absolutely love going to this kind of events. Mainly because you get to meet so many different people, all with a story to share and I always come away feeling more motivated. So, it’s time to welcome Ali Mortimer founder of Heal Yourself Happy. Ali is a holistic health and happiness coach and uses her own personal life experiences to help others. The words Resilience, Honesty and Empowerment spring to mind after spending time with Ali and I am delighted to be able share her journey.
